Returns Policy

Please email info@chohansonline.com with any return requests. To ensure your email is received by the right person, please ensure you include your order number with the word RETURN in the subject field.

Please read the below carefully:

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 14 days. Once received, we will issue store credit or a refund. Store credit will have a 12 month expiry date.

Store credit may only be issued once per customer within 12 months. Store credit must be used in a single transaction and cannot be combined with any promotions or discount codes.

All items, including earrings, nose rings, custom bangles, and custom jewellery are non-returnable.

Please note nose rings are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition and in original packaging. Any items returned damaged with packaging missing will not be processed. 

Please note custom orders of bangles or jewellery is strictly not eligible for exchange or refund. Items which exceed the agreed time or have the tags removed are strictly prohibited from refund or exchange. Credit notes are issued once and cannot be exchanged for another credit note. 

International and Domestic Shipping back to us must be paid by the customer, in original packaging. Lost or missing parcels on return are not the responsibility of Chohans Fashion. We recommend using a tracked service for parcel returns.

ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED AND CLEARANCE sales are Final and will not be eligible for return or store credit. 

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, Please notify us via email at info@chohansonline.com within 48 hours of receiving your jewellery with a picture of the issue.

Returns that are unauthorised, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
