Standard delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 days with a processing time of 1 to 3 days. So your order can take between 4 and 8 days to arrive with UK standard delivery and any first class orders would take between 2 and 4 days including processing.

We use tin castings and copper alloy to make all of our jewellery. The majority of our sets are made using the highest quality glass stones and many of our sets are made with cubic zirconia stones.

Yes but only to the bill payers registered address. Delivery times may take up 12 working days in international transit. You may be liable for customs and taxes.

For UK orders, we use a secure Royal Mail service to deliver the items to you, which normally arrive the next day after dispatch and need to be signed for.

We cannot refund or exchange the item(s) if you simply don't like it/them. If there is a manufacturing fault then we may offer an exchange or refund. Please note that earrings and nose rings cannot be returned for any reason due to hygiene reasons.

Many of our items are packed in secure plastic boxes and bubble wrap to protect the items in transit. Some of our products are packed in our premium branded gift boxes. For these items it is stated in the product description that they will be packed in a gift box. If your product doesn't come in a gift box you have the option to purchase one at "Checkout"

No you do not need an appointment but we suggest you arrange an appointment because our stores get extremely busy during the main summer months.
