You may return any order within 7 days of shipment if the item(s) you receive are faulty or damaged, not fit for purpose due to some fault with the product or if they are not as described. 

 

If the reason for return is not in relation to a manufacturing fault we may provide an exchange or a credit note however we reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit note. We cannot refund or exchange pierced stud earrings for hygiene reasons whether bought separately or as part of a set.

 

Please note we are not liable for the cost of delivering items back to us.
When sending items back to us please enclose a covering letter with your order confirmation email attached.​
