Service Description

Please note: No appointment necessary for entry into our retail stores on Ladypool Rd and Alum Rock Rd. This appointment is only for entry into our high-end store which stocks exclusive bridal jewellery, sterling silver, freshwater pearls and art jewellery. Please try to bring the following to your appointment: - A piece of clothing such as your scarf or your entire outfit if possible (or a close up picture of the colour and embroidery colour). - The measurement of your neckline or a picture of it. - An approximate length of your sleeves (for bangles). We customise stone colour, metal colour and bead colour of all pieces we stock. Customised jewellery usually takes 7 days as we customise in-house. However time scales may vary for select pieces.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least one hour before the start time. If you do not inform us of cancellation you will not receive a refund of your booking fee.
